WPT works collaboratively with The City of East St. Louis by managing the Charter local access channel WESL TV- 984, which serves the communities of East St. Louis, Alorton, Centerville, Washington Park, Cahokia, Brooklyn and Sauget. This partnership provides a platform for WPT to disseminate health related information to citizens.

East Side Health District

WPT works collaboratively with East Side Health District by providing basic health protection and disease prevention services to the residents of Canteen, Centreville, East St Louis and Stites townships.

WPT works collaboratively with New Salem Baptist District Association to implement faith-based initiatives in East St. Louis and its surrounding communities. NSBDA is comprised of over 50 churches working in unison to erase the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS.

New Day Recovery Club

WPT works collaboratively with New Day Recovery Clubby providing referrals for individuals that are dealing with substance abuse issues. The New Day Recovery Club is an addiction recovery ministry that combines biblical direction, professional expertise, and real world practicality to provide an array of services to alcoholics, addicts, families and churches.

WPT works collaboratively with Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation to serve predominantly low income and underserved populations in the East St. Louis metropolitan area. The services include referrals to primary care, dental, behavioral health, and other support services to those most in need of medical care.

St. Clair County Health Department

WPT works collaboratively with the St. Clair County Health Department to carry out basic health protection and disease prevention services. They also serve as a resource to work collaboratively with health providers, community organizations and the public.

WPT works collaboratively with Project ARK in providing services that enhance the lives of youth, women, and families infected, affected, and at-risk of HIV disease through coordination of medical care, social support, and prevention services.
